We are using ZOOM pro, it is a live meeting platform where we can do workouts with your kids, or athletes while being able to watch their form and make adjustments LIVE. 

We get it, sometimes you might not be able to check in LIVE with us. and that is ok, we have created a private Facebook group to be able to upload the workouts so you can access them at your convenience ! Not only will we be posting workouts, but we will also be talking NUTRITION, HYDRATION, SLEEP, and some MOTIVATIONAL posts as well! 

These workouts will be designed based off each athletes training level: 
-Edge U Youth (4th and 5th graders) 
-Edge U Junior (6th, 7th, and 8th graders) 
-Edge U High School (9th-12th grade) 
-ATEAM ( College and Pro athletes)
