Getting started training at Advantedge is simple.
We will guide you through every step of the process!
All athletes must enroll prior to the start of the training block. Open enrollment begins two weeks prior to the start of each block. Choose the appropriate group and time to secure your space.
The first two weeks of every training block are a critical step toward becoming a better athlete. Coaches will assess the athletes, and they will learn the proper mechanics to be successful on and off your playing field.
The Testing Period provides our coaches and athletes with valuable feedback. All athletes are tested in their third and final week of training. Advantedge has designed a detailed testing protocol specific to the age, ability, and sport of each athlete.
The Performance Period is the execution of your specific training plan. During this time, you will train toward the goals set forth by our coaching staff.

Our team will help you learn the basics of healthy nutrition so you can fuel up and recover from training and sport. We even have professionally prepared meals we designed that available to purchase and aid in your performance.
All athletes must sign-up during our OPEN ENROLLMENT period to guarantee class availability. Late registration will result in pro-rated pricing and a mandatory on-ramp integration program.
