4 WEEK ONBOARD

SO WHATS THE 4 WEEK ON BOARD ALL ABOUT?

The onboarding process is meant for new contestants to feel comfortable with our fundamental movements. This includes dynamic warmp-ups, breathing mechanics, and proper form before starting the competition. The first two weeks you will receive individualized attention in a group setting with one of our coaches, for the remaining two week

STEP ONE: GOAL SETTING

Within the first week of training you will sit down with one of our coaches and set some fitness related goals that you will smash in the near future

STEP TWO: LEARN THE BASICS

Over the first 2 weeks (8 sessions) you will become very comfortable with our movement patterns such as: dynamic warm-ups, breathing mechanics, hip hinging, bench pressing, landing mechanics, proper running form, and the flow of the gym. You will be next to our current clue collar clients while still receiving individualized attention in a group setting with one of our coaches.

STEP THREE: GRADUATE INTO THE GROUP

Once your 2 weeks are up you will then train with the current blue collar members for the remainder of the month! This will help get you read for the "blue collar challenge"!

COACHING

Our experienced and dedicated staff is here to help YOU become the best version of yourself. You aren't in this alone. Your coaches AND workout buddies will be there helping you along the way 

FLEXIBLE

Everyone has different schedules, that is why we provide multiple time slots and days that you can come in and participate in our fun but tough group workouts. So being busy can't be an excuse.

NUTRITION

Sometimes nurtrition is the hardest part for participants. That's why our staff is dedicated to helping you become educated on proper nutrition and eating habits. The saying is true, abs are made in the kitchen!
