Coaches,

Welcome to the 12 year old USSSA State Tournament June 19-22, 2008.  Your tournament bracket and rules will be handed out at 9 a.m. at the Coaches meeting at The Summit Hotel.  At this time, you will need to leave your proof of Insurance, copies of your Birth Certificates and Official Team Roster.

In case of rain, you can call Rec-Check at (662) 842-8422.  Press 95 after the tone.  Press 1 for youth sports and 1 for baseball.

Keep in mind that this is the State Tournament and must be played.  If we have rain before or during the tournament, we will have to make adjustments to the schedule.

Please communicate any schedule changes to your parents.  Head coaches should be the only one contacting the tournament staff with questions.
