PITCHING - Simple Way to Increase Speed

Here's very simple technique to help increase your pitcher's speed:

Explain to her that her feet (stride) starts the motion, and her hand (with the ball) finishes it.
To help her pitch faster she needs faster hand speed at release (and thus faster ball speed) - the easiest way to get this is through faster stride speed.
It's hard for our bodies to move our feet faster and not have our hands follow at the same pace - so...
tell her to get: "Fast Feet, Fast Hand"
